Companionship and Social Activities

Caring Crew believes that Companionship plays a huge positive part in care, particularly for the elderly and that being with somebody and being active either mentally or physically makes a large contribution in maintaining health, self-esteem and well-being.

Dementia and Alzheimer’s Care

Dementia is a growing problem in England (currently 850,000 people in the UK) and indeed the rest of the World. Dementia is caused when the brain is damaged by diseases, such as Alzheimer’s disease or a series of strokes.

Domestic Support and Household Duties

Keeping a home clean and organised is daunting at the best of times, with so many different things that need doing and never enough time or energy to get them done.

Home from Hospital

It may not be hospital that you’re coming home from, we may be transferring you from another facility. Caring Crew do all sorts of transition-of-care packages, alongside making sure that you are happy and comfortable when you get home.

Learning Disabilities, Mental Health difficulties and Physical Disabilities

A learning disability affects the way a person learns new things in any area of life, not just at school. A learning disability affects how a person understands information or how they communicate. Not everybody is the same and each person may be affected differently.

Life-long Conditions

Caring Crew has experienced staff who are trained in most life-long conditions. We can provide a care package that assists in maintaining your independence, lifestyle and quality of life and which can also help to monitor and plan for any future changes in your health.

Live–In Care, Sleep-Ins and 24 Hour Care

There are times when you may wish to consider, either Live-In Care – where the carer lives in your home 24 hours a day but sleeps at night or 24 Hour Care – The carer stays with you in your home but is awake at night to provide care and support or Sleep-Ins – where the carer sleeps at your home.

Medication Assistance

Caring Crew provides a service; we're not going to take over your life, we're going to sit with you, and perhaps your family, talk about your independence, understand you and what you are comfortable with doing yourself and discuss any support you need with your medication.

Personal Care

As we age, sometimes we need just a little help, sometimes we need a little bit more.

Respite Care

Caring Crew provides experienced, trained support staff to look after people who are elderly and frail, have dementia, a history of falls, life-long conditions, and also learning, mental health or physical disabilities. If necessary, we train staff specifically to look after your loved one.

Shopping, Nutrition and Meal Preparation

As we age, sometimes we don’t need to eat as much as were not as active and eating well, both frequency and nutritionally becomes increasingly important, to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
