Key Responsibilities
To deliver high quality care to our clients Responsible for supporting and guiding care workers where required, and to undertake risk assessments, care planning, quality visits, reviews and direct observations where required.
Take part in the on call rota.
The role will also involve liaising with Social Services, customers and their families on a daily basis and ensuring a good quality service is provided at all times. There may also be some administration duties as and when required.
Skills & Experience:
- Must have own transport
- Strong administration skills, including written and verbal and a background in care essential.
Qualifications
A minimum Level 2 qualification in Health and Social.
