Caring Crew treats every person as an individual and does not categorise as 'types' when assessing care needs. We recognise, however, that people with specific conditions may require a different approach to care and our staff are trained to understand this, thereby providing the highest quality of care for you as an individual.

Help with household chores or finances
You might want support with household chores, or help with finances and paying the bills. We can create a personalised plan that encourages your independence and control, by maximising the choices that you have and enabling you to live your life to the fullest.
Help with mobility within the community
You might also want to visit a friend or relative and catch up on the gossip, or go to a club and meet people you know. If you want to get out into the community and do something you enjoy, we’ll talk to you about what you want to do, risk assess it and include it in the care plan.
Support after an accident or surgery
If you require support following an accident or surgery, we will provide re-enabling care to get you back on your feet as quickly possible.
Transition from hospital
We can provide transition-of-care packages when you are discharged from hospital and even transport you home, if that’s required.
End of life care
Caring Crew has staff with experience and/or training in most life-long conditions and can assist you in maintaining your independence, lifestyle and quality of life by arranging a care package that incorporates changes if your condition deteriorates, or indeed, improves. We will work with you and your family to maximize your opportunities to live well with your condition.
Dementia and Alzheimer's
We are well equipped to understand the issues surrounding each individual and how dementia may affect them. We will provide a person-centred Care Plan with the client and family, to actively support them, promote their independence and wellbeing and to enable them to live well. As the dementia progresses and symptoms worsen, we will adapt the care and support to continue to promote dignity, independence and wellbeing to best support the highest quality of life whilst they can be safe at home.
Caring Crew has skilled carers with expertise in learning, mental health and physical disabilities. We are able to sit with service users, families and other stakeholders to write an individual package of support for you, which may include personal care and stimulating activities through to paying the bills and allowing independent living.
Promoting your independence and preferred lifestyle
Whatever care is needed, we will discuss this with you and prepare a care plan, working with you to make sure that it’s tailored to your needs and reflects exactly what you want to achieve. Whatever reason that you may require additional support, our mission is to provide services that enable your independence, promote your preferred lifestyle and allow you to live in your home for as long as you wish to do so.
We offer services 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including bank holidays.
